Description
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role serves as a key point of communication between project teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project standards.
- Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
