Job Descriptions
- Manage daily employee logistics, transportation, and airport pick-up/drop-off arrangements.
- Coordinate drivers, outsourced transport, and employee routes.
- Manage expatriate dormitory arrangements and meal orders.
- Coordinate kitchen supplies, suppliers, and kitchen expenses.
- Manage company vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
- Arrange daily and temporary tasks for drivers.
- Process dormitory/office rental, utility, and petrol card payments.
- Manage daily office meal orders.
- Coordinate office and dormitory maintenance and procurement.
- Assist with project activities and other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration.

Good administrative, logistics, and coordination skills.

Able to coordinate effectively with drivers, expatriate employees, suppliers, and internal departments.

Able to manage transportation, accommodation, meals, vehicles, payments, maintenance, and procurement-related matters.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and ad-hoc administrative assignments.
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM)
Salary Range: Up to RM4,000
