Responsibilities:
Take independent ownership of varied HR responsibilities at TriboServ in a part-time role of 19 to 25 hours per week while working closely with the operational business. At the site in Geldersheim, you work with the Freudenberg Group to implement reliable HR processes and serve as the central point of contact for employees and managers.
Support and advice: You support employees and managers with HR-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Collaboration: Together with the HR managers, you handle operational and selected strategic HR topics while actively contributing your own ideas and perspectives.
Recruitment: You manage the entire selection process, from the job posting through to hiring, and ensure respectful communication throughout.
HR administration: You prepare employment documents and reports, maintain employee data, and translate central Freudenberg Group standards into practical solutions for the site.
Stakeholder cooperation: You work closely and constructively with HR managers, staffing providers, and the works council.
Projects and improvements: You actively contribute to HR projects, such as the digital personnel file or performance reviews, challenge existing processes, and independently drive improvements.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: You hold a degree with a focus on human resources or business administration. Alternatively, you have completed comparable commercial training with an additional HR qualification.
Professional experience: You already have practical experience in a varied HR role and are keen to develop both professionally and personally.
Specialist knowledge: You have a good understanding of German employment law and are confident in handling administrative HR processes.
Systems knowledge: You are confident using common HR systems, ideally Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and comfortable working with data and figures.
Working style and communication: You work independently, pragmatically, and with discretion. With your hands-on approach, you consistently turn plans into action and communicate openly and respectfully at all levels, including with the works council.
Languages: You communicate fluently in German, at a minimum level of C1, and have good written and spoken English skills.
