Leadership Development Program Overview

The Polaris Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates interested in technology, business, and leadership. Through four six-month rotations, associates gain hands-on experience supporting the infrastructure, security, compliance, and technology services that keep Polaris connected, secure, and operating effectively.

The Infrastructure & Information Security Track provides exposure to the technologies and controls that keep Polaris connected, secure, and operating effectively. Associates partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, and compliance professionals to support enterprise technology platforms, strengthen security posture, and help address evolving business and technology risks.

This track is ideal for individuals who enjoy technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.  Throughout the program, associates build technical, business, and leadership skills while gaining broad exposure to cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, and enterprise technology operations.

As an Infrastructure & Information Security ITDP, you may gain experience in:

  • Enterprise Platforms & Service Management – Support and enhance enterprise technology platforms while improving asset management, service delivery, operational processes, and technology visibility.
  • IT Operations & Continuous Improvement – Contribute to initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, operational excellence, system reliability, and delivering a positive technology experience for employees.
