We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Commercial team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth, streamlining sales operations, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will handle operational workflows, project coordination, sales documentation, and key administrative processes to ensure seamless execution across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Documentation: Manage repository for Tenders, RFPs, Quotations, and RFIs, while handling routine sales reports, purchase requests (PRs), invoice matching, KYC applications, and account openings.
Account & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, standardizing operational processes for key accounts and resolving customer inquiries.
Pre- & Post-Sales Coordination: Assist with client invoicing, payment tracking, and cross-departmental communication to ensure all project requirements and deadlines are met.
Project Support: Coordinate vendor operations, quotes, and administrative filings for key account project management workflows.
Business Growth Support: Assist management with identifying new business opportunities, executing marketing plans, and implementing growth strategies.
Ad-Hoc Support: Provide general administrative assistance to sales supervisors and take on dynamic tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Qualifications:
University Degree Holder or above, preferably in business-related disciplines
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good people communication and presentation skills
1-2 years of relevant experience from sales operations/sales & marketing field
Independent, able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
