McLean & Potomac Dermatology and Skincare Center
Location: McLean, VA (on-site) | Part-Time, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Saturday's Only
McLean Dermatology and Skincare Center is a cutting-edge dermatology practice located in McLean, Virginia. Our providers specialize in adult and pediatric dermatology, skin cancer surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and patient-centered individual to join our administrative team. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare administration, medical practice operations, or a long-term career in the medical field.

What You’ll Do
• Manage incoming calls on a multi-line system
• Schedule appointments in our cloud-based system
• Coordinate schedules for six providers
• Check patients in and verify insurance information
• Collect copays and process retail transactions
• Document detailed patient messages in our EHR
• Maintain accurate demographic and insurance records
• Support daily administrative operations
