Key responsibilities in your new role
Join our team as a Working Student Digital Solutions & AI and help drive Infineon's digital transformation. In this role, you will contribute to innovative web solutions and AI-powered initiatives while gaining practical experience in project, portfolio, and roadmap management within an international environment.
- Shape the future: Support the design, development, testing, and operations of web solutions that digitalize project, portfolio and roadmap management processes at Infineon
- Take responsibility: Contribute to companywide AI and digital transformation initiatives and projects as a team member
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate with experienced product owners, developers, and business users to gather requirements, create mockups, and improve user experiences
- Lifelong learning: Gain hands-on experience in an international, cross-functional environment while learning from experienced colleagues
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a curious and motivated student with a passion for digital technologies, AI, and continuous learning. With strong analytical thinking and a collaborative mindset, you enjoy turning ideas into practical solutions and working with diverse stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Study field: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Science, Digital Technologies, or a comparable field
- Knowledge & Experience: Initial hands-on experience through studies, projects, internships, or student work in software development, web technologies, data, AI, or related digital technologies
- Way of working: Self-driven, analytical, and hands-on, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Personality: Fast learner with a growth mindset, eager to explore new technologies and translate ideas and business requirements into practical solutions
- Communication skills: Able to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders in a cross-functional, international team setting
- Language skills: Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)

Important information:
- Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
