The Manager – Rare Diseases role is a regional business role responsible for driving growth, improving patient access, and achieving business objectives through strategic customer engagement, market development, and effective execution of sales strategies.

This role involves direct engagement with healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and strategic accounts to understand customer needs, create value for Sanofi’s Rare Disease portfolio, and implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and patient benefit.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and an ability to build a sustainable Rare Disease ecosystem through partnerships with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Tender, Trade, and Public Affairs teams.

About You 

Main Requirements 

  • 10–12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales / Channel Sales / Institutional Sales.
  • Experience in Rare Disease or Specialty Care is preferred.
  • Experience managing healthcare professionals, KOLs, strategic accounts, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business development, market dynamics, and customer engagement.
  • Graduate degree in Science or Pharmacy.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Strong execution mindset with focus on achieving business objectives.
