Key Account Manager Rare Disease (f/m/d)

Summary & Purpose of the Position
Promote the value of registered pharmaceutical brands of IPSEN towards healthcare professionals.
Achieve visit and performance targets in accordance with the brand plan, via face-to-face calls and professional events.
Build and maintain the positive image of company brands through compliant promotional activities
Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
Achieve defined objectives, activities and other performance targets through the maintenance and development
of a high-level customer relationship on the geographically defined territory.Build and nurture a positive and productive professional relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
Deliver daily activities in compliance with ARPIM and Ipsen Business Ethics code of conduct. Respects
company’s standards for pharmacovigilence and quality.Promote Ipsen rare diseases brands based on the defined promotional strategy and validated marketing tactics.
Responsible for designing, approving internally and implementing an action plan for the geographically defined
territory. Plans and reports activity as per company’s standards and following manager’s recommendations.
Constantly sharing information with manager and best practices with peers. Respect the established
performance indicators per country and individual. Proactively offers and validates with manager actions to
improve business results and customer management. Meets dead lines agreed with manager or other internal
stakeholders. Active contributor to team meetings (cycle meetings, sales meetings, trainings, workshops).
Organizes and participates in external meetings (Ipsen owned events, local conferences and congresses) as
agreed with managerGrowth mindset, actively seeks opportunities to gain and improve medical knowledge, soft and hard skills.
Understands and is intentional about self growth, uses responsibly company’s tools and manager’s guidanceHave a deep knowledge of the assigned territory market needs and opportunities on account and customer level.
Cooperate cross-functionally in a professional and proficient manner
Knowledge & Experience
Knowledge & Experience (essential):
Professional background for brands promotion within an innovative company
Min 5 years of experience as medical representative
Dynamic, assertive promotional attitude
Excellent communication skills, commitment to value-based promotion
Flexible, independent and proactive working style
Result oriented, team player
Must hold a valid Driving Licence
Computer literate (Outlook, MS Office)
Knowledge & Experience (preferred):
5 years in gastroenterology segment
Education / Certifications (essential):
Degree in Healthcare or Science (university or high school)
Language(s) (essential):
Romanian, English
