Job Description

掌握省市级层面VBP政策及其在医院层面的潜在影响

追踪医院和关键科室VBP政策的落地实施情况、具体流程和关键驱动因素

2.风险识别与机会分析

持续评估医院层面VBP相关风险与机会点，确定医院互动优先级归纳总结不同医院在风险和机会点上的类似模式

基于医院互动优先级，规划客户互动活动来最大限度减少业务影响

3.关键决策者识别

识别目标院内关键决策者及其影响力，了解关键决策者行为驱动力和为满足需求，确定针对关键决策者的互动目标制定客户互动

与关键决策者搭建并持续维护客户关系

通过客户互动活动与谈判，影响并说服关键决策者在必要时设计院企合作项目或搭建合作平台

4跨部门协作

建立跨部门协作机制，确认行动计划，追踪执行并跟进结果
