The Import Export organization is a high-impact engineering team within the Ingestion Department. The team builds and scales the infrastructure that powers secure, reliable, and high-throughput data movement across the RelativityOne SaaS platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary mission will be to design, write, test, deploy, and support Relativity software products. You will work within an established senior engineering team and partner with business stakeholders to develop the products, features, and services that drive and evolve RelativityOne.
Job Description and Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create architecture and non-functional designs for Import/Export services that meet SLO and SLA targets.
Decompose complex problems into resilient, cloud-native solutions and deliver milestones with measurable outcomes.
Advise and mentor team members on code quality, technical debt management, and engineering best practices.
Own production systems by leading on-call activities, root cause analyses, and proactive issue resolution efforts that reduce MTTR.
Drive operational excellence by leveraging observability data to prioritize work, automate alerts, and expose trustworthy metrics.
Partner with Product to shape the roadmap through clear trade-off discussions and data-backed decisions.
Optimize CI/CD practices by designing automation that keeps deployments predictable and compliant.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Required
5+ years of experience delivering C#/.NET services or similar technologies with measurable reliability or performance improvements.
Experience architecting distributed SaaS systems and translating business requirements into resilient technical designs.
Proven production ownership experience, including leading on-call rotations, conducting root cause analyses, and using telemetry to reduce MTTR and incident volume.
Experience building and operating cloud-native solutions (Azure experience is a plus; any major cloud platform is acceptable).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, automated testing, and deployment governance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English with strong technical communication skills.
Preferred
Experience leading microservice initiatives for high-volume, event-driven workloads.
Experience scaling ingestion platforms, data pipelines, or ETL workflows with measurable outcomes.
Experience mentoring engineers and supporting agile planning and cross-team collaboration.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
208 000 and 312 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
