Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive the development of high-quality software solutions. As a key technical leader, you will design, implement, and oversee critical systems while mentoring a team of developers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of software solutions.

• Mentor and guide software engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical direction.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.

• Ensure software performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Drive best practices in coding, testing, and Agile methodologies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when relevant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  Masters preferred

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in[Java and modern frameworks.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and database technologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular).

• Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT is a plus.

• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
