Description
We are looking for a Business Developer - Appointment Scheduling to support a Final Expense Life Insurance business. You'll contact leads who have previously expressed interest in life insurance, qualify prospects, and connect them with licensed agents through live transfers or scheduled appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using a company-provided auto-dialer
- Qualify leads based coverage needs, budget, income source, and health profile
- Prioritize live transfers to available agents, same-day appointments, and next-day appointments
- Update CRM with accurate call notes and lead details
- Manage appointments via Google Calendar or Calendly
- Send premium draft reminders to active clients
- Communicate lead feedback and appointment activity with the team
About you
- 2+ years of outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience
- Final Expense or Life Insurance experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems, Google Calendar, and scheduling tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable handling high call volumes
