Primary Responsibilities
The Sales Enablement Content Designer translates Commercial strategies, messages, process documents, and learning plans into clear, compelling, visually polished materials that improve seller readiness and execution. This role combines graphic and presentation design with practical content development to support go-to-market initiatives, executive communications, sales presentations and communications, learning experiences, sales playbooks, and internal communications. Working within Sales Enablement, this hands-on role turns direction, outlines, and business concepts into high-quality deliverables along with managing multiple creative requests, applying brand standards consistently, and improving how commercial information is organized and visualized. Essential Functions
UTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design sales enablement content aligned to Commercial priorities, including presentations, playbooks, one-pagers, battlecards, job aids, guides, templates, and seller resources.
- Develop executive presentations for the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leadership Team, transforming storylines, data, and drafts into polished, leadership-ready materials.
- Create sales and internal communication assets, including in-email graphics, banners, campaign visuals, infographics, and launch materials that drive awareness and engagement.
- Build learning content and visuals for onboarding, SalesU, microlearning, facilitator-led sessions, and other Sales learning experiences.
- Translate complex business concepts, processes, data, and value propositions into accessible visual stories for seller and leadership audiences.
- Partner with Sales Enablement, Commercial, Marketing, Learning & Development, and other stakeholders to clarify objectives, gather source material, and execute content needs.
- Apply KeHE brand standards and visual systems consistently while adapting content for different audiences and channels.
- Create reusable PowerPoint layouts, templates, iconography, and design components that cross-functional partners can leverage to create consistent Sales learning and communication experiences.
- Manage assigned creative projects from intake through completion, incorporating feedback and meeting agreed-upon milestones and deadlines.
- Transform incomplete, complex, or unstructured source material into clear, audience-ready content with limited direction; maintain organized files and ensure materials are current, accurate, and ready for distribution.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills, demonstrated through polished business presentations and communication assets.
- Advanced PowerPoint proficiency and strong working knowledge of Canva, including layout, information hierarchy, data visualization, and templates.
- Ability to interpret a creative brief, outline, or rough draft and independently develop a high-quality finished product.
- Strong writing, editing, and content-organization skills with the ability to simplify complex or technical information.
- Excellent attention to detail, including visual consistency, grammar, formatting, and quality control.
- Strong project and time-management skills; able to balance priorities, respond to feedback, and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with evolving priorities, ambiguity, and varying levels of source-material completeness.
- Collaborative, service-oriented approach and ability to work effectively across functions and leadership levels.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual communications, content development, or a related role.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong presentation design, visual storytelling, information hierarchy, data visualization, and business or learning content required.
- Experience developing content for a corporate, B2B, sales enablement, internal communications, agency, or marketing environment preferred.
- Experience applying brand guidelines and incorporating stakeholder feedback through review cycles.
- Experience supporting sales teams, executive audiences, or medium- to large-sized organizations preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable design software preferred; short-form video editing or simple motion graphics a plus.
