Account Coordinator – Logistics & Transportation

Looking for a career in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or account management in Lehi, Utah? Ardent is hiring an Account Coordinator to join our growing third-party logistics (3PL) team.

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in freight operations, shipment coordination, and customer service. You’ll manage shipments from pickup through delivery, communicate with customers and carriers, solve transportation issues, and support our sales and operations teams.

Compensation

• $50,000 annual base salary + commission
• $70,000+ total annual earning potential

Your Role as an Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you will:

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments
• Coordinate transportation and shipment logistics
• Communicate proactively with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Resolve freight, scheduling, and transportation issues quickly
• Provide a high level of customer service and account support
• Enter, update, and manage shipments within a Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Maintain accurate shipment and customer information
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations teams
• Help ensure a positive experience for customers and transportation partners

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and by email
• Comfort working in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
• Interest in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight brokerage, account management, customer service, or operations

Experience in logistics or transportation is helpful, but not required. Our in-house training program will teach you the skills and systems needed to succeed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000 base salary + commission; $70,000+ total annual earning potential
Location: In person – Lehi, UT
Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
