AManco S.A. is the alternative investment fund manager with Arendt. It is wholly owned by Arendt Services and is regulated and supervised by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF – Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier).
AManco S.A. has the capacity to manage a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes (private equity, venture capital, real estate, debts and fund of funds).

Senior Legal & Corporate Governance Officer
AManco S.A. is the third-party Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) within Arendt. Wholly owned by Arendt Investor Services, AManco is regulated and supervised by the CSSF and manages a broad range of alternative investment strategies.
To support its continued growth, AManco is seeking a Senior Officer – Legal & Corporate Governance to play a key role in the delivery of high-quality governance and company secretarial services. Working closely with the Conducting Officer in charge of Legal & Compliance, the successful candidate will contribute to the effective coordination of governance processes, legal matters and sustainability initiatives across the Management Company.
Your role
Support the delivery of high-quality corporate governance and company secretarial services to AManco.
Organize and coordinate meetings of Senior Management, Management Committees, ARCO and the Board of Directors.
Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes and governance documentation.
Ensure effective follow-up of decisions and action items arising from governance meetings.
Maintain and update governance policies, procedures and internal documentation.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance and internal control frameworks.
Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory assessments and follow-up actions.
Assist the Conducting Officer in charge of Legal & Compliance on legal, regulatory and sustainability matters.
Liaise with board members, auditors, regulators and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a high level of accuracy, discretion and professionalism in all governance activities.
Your profile
Academic degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a governance, legal, company secretarial or paralegal role within a regulated financial environment, ideally an AIFM or Management Company.
Good knowledge of corporate governance principles and regulatory frameworks applicable to Management Companies.
Fluent in English and French; any additional language will be considered an asset.
Excellent organizational, drafting and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proactive, rigorous and solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
