Overview
Join Talan Consulting's dynamic Assurance team of approximately 30 consultants to support clients across the entire insurance value chain. As a Manager, you'll lead transformation projects in health insurance markets, focusing on process reengineering, change management, strategic program management, regulatory compliance, and new product development. You'll work with general management and business teams on comprehensive transformations. The role also involves contributing to internal development through entity meetings, competence centers, offer development, business generation, and training.
