About the Role A growing consulting firm serving private schools across New York is looking for a Client Support Associate to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be supporting the client services team with administrative and compliance-related work — tracking deadlines, managing records, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Records
- Create, review, and organize client documents
- Maintain accurate client records and databases
- Assist with data entry and administrative projects
Deadline & Compliance Tracking
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on required paperwork
- Support compliance-related administrative operations
Team & Client Coordination
- Communicate with internal teams and client contacts
- Support the broader client services team with day-to-day office tasks
Ideal Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with the Jewish community a plus
