Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff Side)

What we're looking for:

We need a plaintiff-side personal injury litigation attorney with 1–9 years of experience (sweet spot 2–6 years) who is hungry to grow their caseload and earn based on results. You should be comfortable handling the full litigation lifecycle — from intake through resolution — and have a genuine passion for representing injured clients against insurance companies. Bonus points if you bring defense-side experience with insight into how insurers operate, or if you're a strong pre-lit attorney ready to transition into full litigation.

What you'll do:

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including case strategy, depositions, motion practice, and client management
• Take ownership of your litigation practice and drive case outcomes that directly impact your performance-based compensation
• Work closely with case managers, paralegals, and the operations team to deliver exceptional client service at every stage
• Develop and execute litigation strategies against insurance companies, leveraging the firm's established infrastructure and referral network
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and represent clients in court proceedings throughout the litigation lifecycle
• Collaborate with founding partners and fellow attorneys to build on the firm's reputation as one of California's most recognized plaintiff PI practices
