As our eCommerce Specialist, you’ll take ownership of the online performance of a portfolio of categories across Bunnings’ websites and apps. What’s involved

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Own the eCommerce performance of your categories, analysing sales, traffic, conversion and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Bring a strong digital and customer lens to range reviews and launches, helping ensure categories are ready to perform online.
  • Improve category navigation, product visibility and discoverability to create easier shopping journeys for customers.
  • Play an important role in promotional campaigns and key trading events, making sure the online experience is ready when it counts.
  • Translate data into clear insights and practical recommendations that help teams make informed commercial decisions.
