Your role
As Power Platform / Copilot Studio Platform Architect (m/f/d), you will be accountable for the enterprise architecture, governance, and strategic evolution of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio across Clarios.
You will define the standards, guardrails, service models, and reference architectures that enable secure, scalable, compliant, and cost-effective adoption of low-code development and AI-powered solutions globally. Working closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Application Development, and Business stakeholders, you will help establish a modern digital foundation that accelerates innovation while maintaining strong governance and operational excellence.
The position will be based in Bratislava, Slovakia and is part of the Enterprise Architecture, Strategy & Digital Transformation organization.
What You Will Do
As Power Platform / Copilot Studio Platform Architect, you will use your expertise in enterprise architecture, Microsoft technologies, and governance to:
- Own and continuously evolve the enterprise architecture, roadmap, and governance framework for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Define platform standards, reusable design patterns, and technical guardrails for citizen and professional developers.
- Establish environment strategies, lifecycle management standards, naming conventions, ownership models, and security controls.
- Design enterprise-scale architectures for AI agents, copilots, automation solutions, and low-code applications.
- Define governance models covering access management, identity, authentication, data protection, compliance, and responsible AI.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, cybersecurity requirements, and risk management practices.
- Create approved integration patterns across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, APIs, on-premise systems, and third-party platforms.
- Define application lifecycle management standards including source control, testing, deployment automation, release management, and change governance.
- Drive platform adoption, operational excellence, monitoring capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide platform capacity planning, licensing optimization, AI consumption governance, and cost management strategies.
- Support the development of a scalable Center of Excellence for Power Platform and Copilot technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to architects, engineers, developers, and platform administrators across the organization.
- Partner closely with Microsoft and external technology partners to evaluate new capabilities and roadmap opportunities.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
- Strong expertise with: Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power BI Copilot Studio Microsoft 365 Azure Services Microsoft Graph
- Proven experience designing governance frameworks, enterprise architecture standards, and operating models for low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, software engineering practices, API management, and modern integration patterns.
- Experience implementing enterprise security controls, identity management, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, application lifecycle management, and automation tooling.
- PowerShell and automation scripting skills.
- Knowledge of FinOps principles, licensing optimization, and cloud service cost governance.
- Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, CISA, or similar qualifications are considered an advantage.

The starting salary is at min 3 800 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
