US - Recruiter Lead

What we are looking for: 

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for our US hiring. You bring deep experience hiring senior
consulting talent for the US market, a strong understanding of life sciences commercial analytics and technology
roles, and the confidence to partner with senior leaders. This role is based in India and requires working US Eastern Time (EST) hour

What youʼll do:

• Own end-to-end US hiring across Analytics and Technology roles at all levels, partnering closely with Partners and hiring managers.
• Build sourcing strategies and talent maps for life sciences consulting talent, reaching passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search and referrals.
• Conduct HR screens that assess consulting depth, life sciences experience, motivation, compensation expectations and work authorization.
• Drive a data-driven hiring process through quarterly forecasts, funnel metrics, ATS reporting and weekly updates to leadership.
• Guide and mentor recruiters and coordinators, and strengthen TA processes such as interviewer training, referrals and interview materials.

Must Have:

• 7-10 years of recruiting experience, including strong
  experience hiring for the U.S. market.
• Proven track record of hiring senior and leadership roles in
  consulting, analytics or technology.
• Strong understanding of pharma and biotech commercial
  analytics and technology roles.
• Expert sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, various
  job platforms (e.g., Indeed, Dice), Boolean and X-ray
  search.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management,
  with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Must work US Eastern Time (EST hours) – this is
  mandatory for the role.
