About the Opportunity

HomeFront Brands is hiring a Director of Franchise Development Marketing to own the qualified pipeline for six home service franchise brands. You will run both the organic and broker channels, lead a small team, and manage our outside agencies.
This is a hands-on leadership seat for someone who likes building the campaign as much as setting the strategy, and who measures success in signed territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organic franchise lead generation across paid social, paid search, franchise portals, websites, and landing pages.
• Grow the broker channel through consultant newsletters, portal profiles, sales tools, webinars, and events.
• Nurture the pipeline with email, SMS, and retargeting, and improve lead quality with the franchise development team.
• Point spend at open markets so campaigns and consultant outreach line up with available territories.
• Own the plan and the numbers, including strategy, budget, and reporting by brand and channel from lead through signed agreement.
• Build the team, leading 1-2 direct reports and managing agency scope, budget, and performance.
• Keep marketing compliant, working with Legal to align franchise advertising with the current FDD.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing, including 3+ years in franchise development marketing or franchise sales lead generation.
• Direct experience with both organic lead generation and the broker or consultant channel.
• A record of tying spend to qualified pipeline and signed agreements.
• Hands-on skill with paid social, paid search, landing pages, email automation, and a CRM.
• Working knowledge of the FDD and franchise advertising rules, including Item 19.
• Strong writing and creative judgment across multiple brand voices.
• Experience managing direct reports and outside agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established relationships with franchise consultants and consultant networks.
• Experience in home services or at a multi-brand franchise platform.
• Familiarity with EOS or a similar operating system.

Work Environment

This is an on-site/remote position based in the Charlotte area. This position will work closely with the Chief Development Officer, Legal team, and business stakeholders.
