Job Title: Technology – Software Development / IT Engineering

Job Description:

We are looking for skilled technology professionals to join our growing engineering and technology teams. This is an evergreen requirement to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future technology positions across software development, application engineering, data, cloud, and enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain scalable technology solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Business, QA, DevOps, and Support.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs, applications, databases, and third-party systems as required.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Work in Agile/Scrum or other software development methodologies.

• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD
• Data & Analytics: SQL, ETL, Data Engineering, Power BI.
• Integration: REST APIs, SOAP, Microservices.
• Enterprise Applications: ERP, EPM, CRM, Financial Systems and other enterprise platforms
• Testing: Manual/Automation Testing, Selenium, API Testing
• Other: AI/ML, GenAI, Automation, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and related technology areas

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of software development principles and SDLC.
• Experience working with modern development tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements
