What this job involves:

Building Operations & Quality

• Manage daily operations, including cleaning, security, landscaping, front desk, carpark, and clubhouse
• Ensure high service quality, safety, and efficiency across all teams
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with JLL and client rules

Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the main link between engineering, operations, owners representative, and tenants
• Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication across all teams

Legal & Compliance (DMC/BMO)

• Represent JLL at Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) and Building Management Ordinance (BMO) meetings
• Ensure all building operations and meeting procedures strictly follow DMC and BMO laws

Admin, HR & Finance

• Monitor the facility budget and review track expenses
• Handle procurement and vendor management according to JLL and client rules
• Oversee staff HR processes and JLL staff performance review

Reporting & Improvement

• Prepare clear management reports and KPI for leadership and clients
• Handle incident reporting and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Facilities/Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum 8-10 years in facility/property management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin and Cantonese). Able to write reports in both languages

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
• Solid understanding of DMC and BMO regulations. PMSA Tier 1 & 2 will be advantages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
