Position Summary: Responsible for food preparation and execution throughout service in Fogg Café as well as other items.

Requirements

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of items and recipes on and off menu.
• Knowledge of par levels and usage levels accordingly.
• Maintains standards as far as cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and security of food storage areas.
• Willingness to perform above all duties to serve the guest.
• All other duties assigned by management Assistance in organizing and storing incoming deliveries correctly.
• Willingness to learn new ideas and recipes.
• Consistency and quality of product produced in accordance to kitchen standards.
• Amount and quality produced.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Attendance and promptness.
• Attitude, teamwork, professionalism, and awareness with a sense of urgency.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in temperature extremes and noisy environments.
• Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for up to eight hours.
• Must be able to lift forty pounds.
• Must have manual hand and finger dexterity for adept use of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to listen attentively and facilitate the communication process.
• A pre-employment background check required.
