You open the door to new business. As our Sales Development Representative, you identify and engage pharmaceutical companies in North America, qualify their needs and build a strong pipeline of opportunities for our Account Executives. You join a small, international sales team that aims to double sales in North America within three years – and you have a clear path to grow into an Account Executive role within 12–24 months.

Your key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers, mainly through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and online sources
• Follow up with existing customers and uncover new opportunities
• Assess customer needs, qualify leads using BANT and book demos for our Account Executives
• Support our Account Executives with account management and growth opportunities in existing accounts
• Generate opportunities typically ranging from USD 5K to 50K – and, as you grow, handle your own smaller opportunities
• Share market insights with Marketing and R&D to sharpen our positioning and products

Your profile

• First experience in B2B sales, ideally in an inside sales or SDR role, with a track record of generating qualified opportunities
• Hands-on experience with a modern sales stack: CRM, data sources, LinkedIn and sequencing tools
• Fluent English, written and spoken – required because 99 % of our clients are based in the United States and all client communication takes place in English
• Strong communication skills on the phone and in writing – you build trust quickly with new contacts
• You work independently with little supervision and take ownership of your targets
• Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5 %)
• Nice to have: knowledge of regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or medical devices, understanding of SaaS, and experience in technical support or pre-sales
