Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire leasing process, from prospecting to negotiating and finalizing lease agreements.
- Handle tenant relations, including addressing maintenance requests, resolving concerns and complaints, and enforcing lease terms.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance activities, including repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and property management regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and reports related to property management.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, representing the company professionally.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate or a related field is preferred.
- A Real Estate license is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate or property management.
- Strong understanding of real estate, property management, and leasing principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate software (e.g., Avail, Buildium).
