Summary:
- Part-time, in-person position
- Schedule: Monday 3:00 PM- 8:30 PM, Tuesday-Friday 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- Location: 15 South 9th Street, Lebanon, PA 17042
- Starting hourly rate is $15.00/hr
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls as needed
- Schedule/cancel/reschedule client appointments
- Reminder calls for appointments
- Documentation in the EHR system
- Perform all other office tasks, as assigned
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in an office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish and English
Credentials:
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
- PA Department of Human Services: Use service code 1KG738
- Educational Documentation: High School Diploma or GED
