Product Manager & QA

Pioneera.io is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as Product Manager & QA. As the Product Manager & QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and success of our products by overseeing the entire product development process. Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap and strategy- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to determine product positioning and features- Develop and manage product roadmap, backlog, and priorities- Lead the product development team and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials- Measure and analyze product performance, usage, and trends to make data-driven decisions- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product usability and satisfaction- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product launches- Lead QA efforts and ensure thorough and effective testing of products, identifying and troubleshooting any issues or bugs Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or related field- Minimum of 3 years experience in product management, preferably in a software or technology company- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in leading product development teams- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams- Experience in conducting market research, defining product vision, and creating product documentation- Familiarity with user testing and experience in gathering and analyzing feedback to drive product improvements- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment- Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with market trends and advancements At Pioneera.inen, we value diversity and inclusion, and we are committed to providing equal opportunities to all individuals.
