Description
**Swayable is in office 3x a week in Williamsburg, Brooklyn
Swayable is a fast-growing AI and automated data science platform that measures public opinion, and the impact of messages and advertising content on it. We are a 50-person team backed by top technology and social impact investors, including Y Combinator. Founded in 2018 by physics PhDs, it is led by the former Executive Director for Digital Strategy at the New York Times. Clients include major consumer-facing brands (JP Morgan Chase, Airbnb, Paramount Pictures), technology companies (Anthropic, Meta, Amazon), academic researchers (MIT, Yale, Stanford) and mission-aligned civic advocacy campaigns (e.g. on climate, human rights and elections). Check our our values & culture deck to learn more: https://tinyurl.com/4zjchwzs
Joining Swayable means being on a team whose work changes the course of history. The technology we develop is at the leading edge of transforming some of the world’s most important campaign organizations and enterprises: combatting disinformation, protecting democracy, and supporting the sustainable growth of consumer-facing brands.
About The Role:
Swayable is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to sit at the crossroads of product, engineering, and go-to-market, translating what's being built into what sellers say. You'll own the sales enablement materials, launch cadence, and onboarding curriculum that keep our GTM team aligned with the roadmap, while staying close enough to the field to know what's actually resonating with prospects and clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with engineers, PMs, and Sales to understand the roadmap, translating innovations into reusable sales enablement materials
- Own launch rhythm — a repeatable cadence for major features and smaller updates
- Own Sales Enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, case studies, objection handling
- Work with Marketing to ensure brand and positioning strategy translates cleanly at the sales level
- Design and run Sales University end-to-end — the full onboarding/certification curriculum
- Own the standard demo narrative and environment, the default story every rep uses
- Sit in on qualification calls to capture what's resonating and what objections come up, then flag upsell/expansion signals to CS post-sale and track post-sale success against what was promised pre-sale
- Build the reusable pilot-to-program playbook template and conversion criteria framework
Who You Are:
- 4-6 years of product marketing experience, with experience in B2B SaaS
- Passion for building frameworks, processes, and strategy from scratch
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
- Are equally comfortable writing a launch announcement, building a competitive teardown, or running a cross-functional sync
- Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, and don't wait for someone else to define the playbook
- Proven ability to partner directly with engineers and product managers, turning technical concepts into simple, powerful stories
- Strong project management skills, you can juggle multiple launches and keep teams aligned under pressure
- Experience with sales enablement and competitive positioning for technical audiences
- Sharp writing and storytelling instincts, you know the difference between a headline that's technically accurate and one that actually lands.
Benefits:
- 100% Medical, Dental & Vision Plans - no employee contribution required
- Generous PTO
- Equity Options
- 401k plan, FSA
- Ongoing professional development investments
- Salary: $110-140K, dependent on experience
