As a Manufacturing Professional - Operation Management you will be responsible for
Leading and supervising daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Managing a multi-skilled workforce including welders, blasters, operators, technicians, and other production personnel.
Coordinating manpower allocation, workload balancing, and resource planning to meet operational priorities.
Monitoring production performance and take proactive actions to address bottlenecks and operational challenges.
Ensuring compliance with established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.
Promoting and maintain a strong safety culture across all manufacturing activities.
Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Have experience in a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Operations Management role
Have experience within the Gas Turbine, Energy, Power Generation, Heavy Manufacturing, or Industrial Services sector is highly preferred
Have strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Have strong reporting, documentation, and teamwork skills
