Job Title: Accounts Payable Lead
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Accounts Payable Lead person. You will be responsible for overseeing all functions of accounts payable, organizing asset records and backing up customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and code invoices
- File AP disputes as needed
- Entering all invoices into QuickBooks
- Print and review checks weekly
- Maintain assets records including updating Insurance broker and asset software
- Provide CPA with requested documents
- Prepare daily deposit
- Lead/Assist special projects

Requirements
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Intermediate / Advance knowledge of Excel
- Microsoft Office skills should include basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook (Email and Calendar)
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to learn different software programs
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- Documented and verifiable references/work history
