Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from our business customers and provide technical support and direction
- Log and create customer incidents
- Escalate product and sales related questions to appropriate team members / departments

A Look into Your Day
In this role, your knowledge of online systems will be put to good use as you support our business customers, process service requests, perform system maintenance, and manage a variety of administrative tasks. While prior banking or treasury management experience is a plus, a passion for technology, strong problem-solving skills, and a natural curiosity will set you up for success.
Think of it as being the help desk for our business banking and treasury management products. On any given day, you might assist a business customer with adding a user, troubleshooting an issue, navigating online banking services, or processing a wire transaction. Using your excellent communication skills and customer tracking tools, you'll follow up on requests, resolve problems, and coordinate with internal teams when issues require escalation.
This role begins in the office to support onboarding and training. Once established in the position, you'll have the opportunity to work from home one day per week as assigned.

A background in customer service, with 1-3 years of experience, is vital for effectively addressing inquiries and providing assistance with treasury products. A high school diploma or GED is a minimum requirement for this role.
The ability to thrive in an office environment while managing phone calls and emails Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm is crucial. Candidates must exhibit a professional demeanor paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions. While prior banking or treasury experience is advantageous, a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute will serve as the foundation for success in this dynamic support role.
