Your Role

Megaport is experiencing significant growth, and we’re looking for an efficient, collaborative, and independent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us as we scale. You’ll be deeply connected to our teams - helping shape hiring needs, supporting leaders, and welcoming the next wave of Megaporters. As part of our global TA team, you’ll also have opportunities to recruit in new countries and time zones as we continue to expand across the world.

This role suits someone who’s energized by independence and taking initiative. You’ll be trusted to think on the spot, make confident decisions, and adjust as priorities shift.
