Responsibilities:
Assist with ongoing projects and operational tasks under supervision, applying academic knowledge to practical challenges
Conduct research, prepare reports, and support data analysis or documentation as required by the department
Collaborate with team members to contribute ideas and solutions for process improvements or project deliverables
Comply with HSE, quality, and data-protection standards; follow documented work instructions
Participate in onboarding and relevant training sessions (e.g., IT tools, safety guidelines)
Maintain accurate records of working student activities for internal reporting and academic validation
Prepare presentations or summaries of work outcomes for stakeholders or academic requirements
Qualifications:
- Student with technical aptitude and an interest in lab work (all fields of study)
- Some practical lab experience is preferred
- Proactive, independent, and conscientious work ethic, as well as strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to work up to 20 hours per week—on-site
