Your tasks are:

• You are responsible for the creation, review and management of contracts (e.g. delivery, consulting, customer contracts).
• You ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
• You identify risks and develop measures to minimize them.
• You are responsible for maintaining and updating our contract database.
• You advise our departments and support them in contract negotiations.

What we expect from you:

• You have successfully completed your bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies or a related field.
• You have a good understanding of international contract law and relevant areas of law (e.g. general terms and conditions, commercial law).
• You are characterised by an independent, detail-oriented and structured way of working.
• Discretion and reliability in dealing with sensitive data is a matter of course for you.
• Your English language skills are business fluent, German language skills are an advantage, but not a requirement.
