Star Dental Partners (SDP) is seeking a Compliance Manager to join our collaborative and fast-paced team. This position will play a key role in ensuring compliance across the organization, interacting with many support center departments regularly.

Our experienced Support Center team assists dentists with management of non-clinical staffing and human resources, finance and payroll administration, marketing, payor relations, supplies and capital equipment procurement, as well as information systems. Responsibilities
The Compliance Manager will support Star’s mission and strategic priorities, with specific focus on ensuring our dental practice remain compliant with local, state and federal regulations, including but not limited to the following areas:
- X-Ray/Radiation Equipment Compliance
- Regulatory and Clinical Compliance (e.g. OSHA/Infection Control Compliance, Emergency Preparedness, Medical Waste Compliance)
- State Dental Board Licensure (e.g. Dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants)
- Business Licensure
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven success and experience in a leadership role within a DSO
- Experience working within the Compliance department of a DSO preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively with all team members, both at the practice level and Support Center
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and works well under pressure
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the initiative to work independently
- Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, accountability, and a high level of professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Located in the southeast (TX,LA,TN,GA,SC,NC,MD,VA,FL preferred) with proximity to a major airport
