OPPORTUNITY- Technical and commercial support for customers and suppliers.
- Business development and product portfolio management.
- Sales and purchasing negotiations.
- Market analysis and sales strategy implementation.
- Inventory, CRM, and budget management.
- Management of customer and supplier payment issues.
- University degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or similar).
- Proven experience in technical sales and business development within the plastics, polymers or chemical industry.
- Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation and focus on achieving business objectives.
- Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driving license.
