About this opportunity
Be part of one of the most significant transformation programmes in Bishop Fleming's growth journey.
As we continue to invest in our people, technology and operating platform, we're looking for an experienced and delivery-focused Transformation Manager (12-month fixed-term contract) to help drive the successful integration of newly acquired businesses onto our Workday platform.
As a UK Top 30 accounting and advisory firm, we have ambitious plans to grow from a £60m business to a £200m+ firm through a combination of strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Supported by private equity investment and underpinned by a recently implemented Workday ERP platform, we're continuing to invest in the people, processes and technology that will enable our next chapter of growth.
Working closely with our COO, M&A Integration Director, Workday Platform Director and senior business leaders, you'll lead the successful integration of newly acquired businesses onto our Workday platform, helping to bring people, processes, systems and data into a scalable operating model.
This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic programmes, work with senior stakeholders across the business and play a direct role in shaping the firm's future growth and integration success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the integration of newly acquired businesses onto Bishop Fleming's Workday platform, helping to create a scalable operating model that supports the next phase of our growth.
Leading the delivery of Workday and associated platform solutions, overseeing integrations, data migration, testing, deployment and business readiness activities while aligning people, processes, systems and data to achieve successful business outcomes.
Building strong partnerships with senior business and technology leaders, influencing decisions and driving progress across multiple workstreams.
Leading cross-functional teams, managing priorities, risks and dependencies to deliver successful outcomes.
Championing change and adoption initiatives, ensuring colleagues are supported through transformation and equipped for long-term success.
Providing clear governance, reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring data quality, process consistency and governance standards are maintained throughout integration and transformation activities.
Supporting the firm's acquisition and integration strategy, helping shape future integration approaches and best practices as Bishop Fleming continues its growth journey.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Significant experience delivering ERP, HR, Finance or business systems transformation projects.
Experience leading technology-enabled transformation programmes from planning through to implementation and adoption.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders across multiple business functions.
Experience leading cross-functional teams, including business analysts, technical teams, functional leads and subject matter experts.
A strong understanding of project governance, risk management, change management and delivery best practice.
Experience managing data migration, systems integration, testing, business readiness and deployment activities.
Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
The ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
