• Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, build strong professional relationships, and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention throughout lease periods.
• Receive, log, and coordinate all tenant service requests and complaints. Ensure timely resolution by liaising with technical, cleaning, and security teams while keeping tenants informed of progress.
• Assist with lease documentation, coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, manage access control updates, and ensure smooth onboarding of new occupants.
• Develop and distribute regular tenant communications including newsletters, building updates, event announcements, and emergency notifications to foster community engagement.
• Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally, investigate complaints thoroughly, and escalate complex issues to property management when necessary while maintaining detailed records.
• Conduct regular tenant satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback trends, organize tenant meetings, and implement improvement initiatives based on occupant input.
• Oversee access to and operation of shared amenities including conference rooms, parking, fitness centers, and common areas. Coordinate bookings and resolve usage conflicts.
• Coordinate with janitorial, security, landscaping, and other service providers to ensure consistent service delivery that meets tenant expectations and contractual standards.
• Assist with tenant billing inquiries, service charge reconciliations, and utility recharges. Liaise with finance teams to resolve payment questions and coordinate cost recovery for tenant-requested services.
• Maintain comprehensive tenant interaction logs, prepare monthly reports on satisfaction metrics, service request trends, and occupancy issues for management review and strategic planning.
