Our commitment to being The Better Bank means that we are continually evolving to meet the requirements of an ever-changing regulatory environment, while continuing to provide legendary customer experiences.

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Senior Analyst supports the effective governance and execution of FCRM Regulatory Matters activities through analysis, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Regulatory Matters governance processes, including policies and procedures, guidance, templates, documentation standards, and governance artifacts to support consistent execution, effective oversight, sustainability, and clear audit trails.

  • Own the end-to-end meeting documentation process for Regulatory Matters meetings, including preparing detailed minutes, documenting key discussion points, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates, circulating minutes to attendees for review and alignment, and maintaining finalized records in accordance with applicable documentation and record retention requirements.
  • Coordinate with meeting participants and internal stakeholders to confirm the accuracy of documented discussions, decisions, and action items, and ensure timely follow-up on open items.
  • Work with FCRM partners and other related groups (such as Compliance, Legal and Risk etc.) to support creation of regulatory reporting required by external regulatory bodies and TD internal groups.
  • Comply with applicable internal and external audit and regulatory requirements and actively provide support during Audit and Regulatory Reviews.
  • Maintain organized governance records and supporting documentation to evidence Regulatory Matters’ involvement, decisions, follow-ups, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring materials are complete, accessible, and audit/regulatory-ready.
  • Supports team and departmental initiatives as needed.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Educational Requirements/Accreditations: Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in regulatory management, compliance, governance, risk management, FCRM, audit, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, applications, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet competing deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a high attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, briefing materials, and correspondence for senior management and regulatory stakeholders.
