They are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead HR strategy across their U.S. and Canadian operations, strengthen talent and organizational development, and partner with leadership to support continued growth.

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies across seven locations
- Oversee talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and compliance
- Lead and support the HR team
- Develop performance management and talent development programs
- Support succession planning and organizational development
- Partner with senior leadership on HR initiatives
- Ensure consistency in HR practices across locations
- Multi-site HR leadership experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience working in union and non-union environments
- Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- U.S. and Canadian HR experience is a plus
