Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x a week)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support travel nurses throughout their onboarding and compliance journey. In this role, you will communicate with candidates through either phone, chat, and written channels, follow up on pending requirements, maintain accurate candidate records, and coordinate with internal teams to help ensure candidates complete their requirements on time.

What You’ll Do

• Provide phone, chat, and written support to travel nurses regarding pending onboarding and compliance requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding drug screening, medical requirements, and other pre-employment documentation.
• Guide candidates in completing and submitting their pending requirements.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities and internal teams regarding candidate requirements and status updates.
• Track candidate records, requirements, and completion statuses accurately in internal systems.
• Follow up consistently with candidates to ensure requirements are completed within established timelines.
• Identify and escalate delays, missing requirements, or potential compliance concerns that may affect candidate start dates.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear, professional, and timely communication.
• Manage multiple candidates and follow-ups while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of US BPO experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of candidate follow-ups and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience with chat, email, or other non-voice support is an advantage.
• Experience with an ATS, CRM, or candidate management system is preferred.
• Credentialing experience is a plus, but not required.
