Supply Chain Coordinator

Stora Enso WP HV s.r.o. is looking for a candidate for the position Supply Chain Coordinator, based in Ždírec nad Doubravou. You will work for the Wood Products South Business Unit, and you will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create value through a profitable and cost-efficient supply chain.
• Coordinate offers, order reservations and the order execution process
• Manage order postponements according to established rules
• Answer sales inquiries from all markets and closely cooperate with other teams.
• Maintain the relevant part of the offer in WPS
• Be the first point of contact for internal Sales team
• Ensure accurate delivery date commitments

Required Skills, Competencies, and Experience:

• At least a high school diploma
• Experience in supply chain, production planning or similar tasks 
• A strong customer service attitude 
• Basic level of technical understanding 
• Results oriented and the ability to set clear targets and deadlines 
• Ability to set priorities and perform well under pressure 
• Good team player in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of English; native-level proficiency in Czech
