About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Compliance & Operations Coordinator to join our team in Geraldton, WA on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a varied administration role supporting the depot with compliance, safety, driver documentation, permits, training records and general operational administration. You’ll work closely with drivers, supervisors and management to ensure records are accurate, audits are completed and the depot meets its compliance requirements.
What You’ll Do
Complete daily, weekly and monthly compliance audits, including driver logs, checklists, runsheets, mass and licence checks
Maintain vehicle, permit, licence, waste certificate and compliance registers
Prepare and update permits and compliance documentation
Maintain training records and coordinate upcoming training requirements
Complete document control, scanning and electronic filing
Prepare toolbox talks and maintain completed sign-offs
Enter incidents, hazards, toolbox talks and other safety information into TRAC
Complete workplace inspections, safety conversations and DG bag audits
Maintain pre-trip inspection, axle weight and weighbridge calibration records
Maintain fuel and vehicle usage registers and complete weekly reconciliations
Raise purchase orders, receipt invoices and support accounts payable administration
Process depot trips and PODs in Tollworks
Coordinate depot equipment servicing and maintenance requests
Liaise with contractors, trades, drivers, supervisors and management as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy transport environment. You’ll ideally have:
Previous administration or compliance experience
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
Good computer skills and confidence working across different systems
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Transport, logistics, safety or compliance experience will be highly regarded
Experience with OracleEBS, TRAC or Tollworks would be advantageous but not essential
