Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst - Reporting & Analytics to manage critical operational reporting deliverables, ensure data accuracy, support stakeholder decision-making, and drive continuous improvement through automation, process enhancement, and data visualization.
This role is responsible for delivering timely and accurate reports, including EWAT Stat Report, Imaging Report, POD Hours Report, and EWAT Break Report, while maintaining strong governance, quality assurance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Role
The Analyst - Reporting & Analytics will support operational excellence by managing recurring business reports, validating data accuracy, identifying reporting risks, and providing timely insights to managers, operations teams, and stakeholders. The position will also support reporting transitions, knowledge management, cross-training, and upskilling initiatives to strengthen reporting capability, reduce dependency, and enable effective business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting Delivery and TAT Ownership: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of critical reports and maintain 100% adherence to defined timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates to stakeholders and escalate delays in advance with reason, impact, and revised timeline.
- Operational Cadence and Insights: Support weekly operations reviews, assess data gaps, and share EWAT dashboard findings and observations.
- Quality Assurance: Resolve reporting issues promptly, complete monthly audits, and prevent repeat errors through strong controls and governance.
- Report Enhancement and Automation: Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve reports to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Transition and Knowledge Management: Support AM 360 and EWAT migration to LP through process clarity, documentation, continuity, and knowledge transfer.
- Training and Team Learning: Enable structured training, cross-learning, and sharing of new reporting methods, technologies, and ways of working.
- Rhythms and Routines: Maintain schedule discipline, timesheet compliance, and consistent attendance adherence.
- Upskilling and Business Knowledge: Strengthen capabilities in Advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, SQL, visualization, and Leave Solutions processes.
- Performance Guarantees: Support performance guarantees through accurate, timely, and reliable reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B. Com, B.A, or BBA. Full-time MBA, MCA, B.Tech, BE, or B.Ed qualifications are not applicable.
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, operations reporting, workforce reporting, or business intelligence support.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting templates.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, data visualization concepts, dashboard interpretation, and report comparison.
- Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Power Query, or automation techniques is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to reporting accuracy, quality assurance, and error prevention.
- Ability to manage recurring deliverables with strict timelines, high accountability, and independent ownership.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and issue-resolution skills.
- Ability to interpret operational data, identify gaps, and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience maintaining process documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer records.
- Understanding of operational governance, data confidentiality, and reporting controls.
- Experience supporting reporting transitions, dashboard rollouts, or report automation initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect reporting outputs to operational performance and client commitments.

- 100% adherence to defined reporting timelines for all critical deliverables.
- 100% quality target for reporting outputs, with no repeat errors.
- Monthly quality calibration audits completed for key reports.
- Stakeholders informed in advance of any expected delivery delays.
- Reporting documentation maintained and updated for all deliverables.
- Cross-training completed to reduce single-person dependency across reports.
- Automation or process enhancement opportunities identified and progressed with manager and operations teams.
Experience
- Prior experience with Alight, Aon, or Wipro is an added advantage.
- Leave domain experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
