General Summary:

Overview

Lead product commercialization and customer enablement activities for Qualcomm Connectivity development platforms, enabling successful customer adoption of hardware and software solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Partner closely with Product Management, Customer Engineering, Program Management, Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Technical Publications, and external customers to ensure timely platform availability, software readiness, documentation delivery, and successful customer deployment.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Product Commercialization and Platform Readiness

• Develop and execute platform launch, customer sampling, and release readiness strategies.

• Drive platform lifecycle planning and commercialization readiness across hardware and software releases.

• Ensure platform availability aligns with customer engagement plans and business objectives.

• Coordinate release planning activities across Product Management, Engineering, Customer Engineering, and Operations teams.

2\. External Customer Enablement

• Lead end-to-end productization, demand planning, inventory management, sales enablement, and customer onboarding activities for customer-facing development platforms.

• Drive demand planning, order management, and build strategies for customer-facing hardware platforms.

• Coordinate part number planning, production readiness, and order fulfillment activities.

• Lead customer enablement initiatives across hardware and software releases.

• Ensure customers can successfully deploy and utilize Qualcomm development platforms.

3\. Sales Enablement and Platform Operations

• Coordinate Sales Center setup and customer ordering readiness activities.

• Partner with Sales Operations teams to establish ordering, entitlement, and fulfillment processes.

• Support pricing setup, product configuration management, and customer access workflows.

• Drive operational readiness across systems required to support customer transactions and platform fulfillment.

• Monitor platform demand and provide recommendations for allocation and prioritization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field.

• 2+ years related experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Program Management, Customer Enablement, Platform Operations, or Product Commercialization.

• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills..

• Ability to drive cross-functional execution in a global environment.

• Experience managing development platforms, customer sampling programs, or product launches.

• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, automation, and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate). Experience developing dashboards, automating workflows and reports, and leveraging AI-driven insights to improve operational efficiency, forecast accuracy, and executive decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor or wireless industry experience.

• Experience working with OEM, ODM, ecosystem partners, or strategic customers.

• Familiarity with development platforms, reference designs, product kits, and customer release processes.

• Knowledge of product lifecycle management, commercialization, and customer onboarding methodologies.

• Experience managing customer-facing hardware platforms and software release programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
