We are seeking a visionary Product Owner with deep expertise in AI-driven product development to manage next-generation products that utilize massive datasets to deliver tangible business value and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy: Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, specifically focusing on integrating Machine Learning and AI capabilities into our core aviation offerings.

• Strategic Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a high-value, prioritized backlog of user stories. Ensure all development efforts are aligned with strategic business goals and customer outcomes.

• Stakeholder Orchestration: Collaborate closely with Business Owners, System Architects, Release Train Engineers, and Product Managers to align product vision with technical feasibility.

• Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle, from concept and experimentation to industrialization. Define iteration objectives, Acceptance Criteria, and the Definition of Ready (DoR) / Definition of Done (DoD).

• Lean-Agile Leadership: Demonstrate strong Lean-Agile principles. Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning and coordinate across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure seamless delivery.

• Value Delivery: Assess business value, develop robust business cases, and ensure development work consistently delivers maximum impact on efficiency, fleet safety, and profitability.

Required Domain Background

• Aviation Expertise: Solid understanding of Aircraft/Airline Operations, Training, Maintenance, and Engineering.

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with Big Data, Time Series concepts, and sensor data integration.

• AI/ML Fluency: Demonstrated experience in translating complex business problems into AI-powered solutions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Education: BE / B. Tech / M. Tech / MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant product ownership experience, with a specific track record of delivering AI or machine learning-enabled products.

• Certification: Certified Product Owner (SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO) is highly preferred.

• Agile Mastery: Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity.

• Mindset: Strategic and creative thinker with a strong focus on Design Thinking and user-centric problem solving.
