Business partnering • Deliver best class business partnering to key sales channels (except MOFT) and Le Cercle team via financial modeling and KPIs to drive faster and better commercial deliverables • Support monthly S&OP, long-term strategic plans (10-year plan, etc.) and provide clear recommendations leading to robust decision making Commercial performance monitoring • Conduct in-depth analysis of key sales channels, including Le Cercle to understand the mix of customer, portfolio and growth levers • Identify R&O on a timely basis and tap into S&OP cycle to reflect the underlying business performance • Key responsibility to co-design the centralized view of Control Tower that provides timely visibility and analytics across key organization's operations and KPIs in order to make data-driven decisions and to optimize performance • Deep-dive analysis of E2E performance across key channels (except MOFT) including sell-in, depletion, sell-out and trade inventory management Cash Reporting & Management • Ensure smooth cash reporting on monthly/quarterly basis to meet key reporting timelines such as quarterly rolling forecast, R&O and the guidelines provided by HQ Cash/Treasury team • CAPEX management including actual and forecast planning • Provide good visibility of cash movement according to changes on P&L and Balance sheet in order to prepare Cash Flow statement • Work closely with Accounting team to review Balance sheet to understand and analyze variance on timely basis Others • Design/cooperate with Data team to have dashboard/digital tool ready to support business pioneering needs • In charge of internal value chain submission • In charge of Month-end closing up to Net Sales, including variance analysis and Polaris submission
